Corrections Policy
The NEXT LEVEL Redaktion corrects factual errors when they are identified. Corrections are based on the strength of the available evidence, not on whether a person or organization disagrees with an article's conclusion.
What we correct
Names, dates, figures, quotations, legal status, technical descriptions and other verifiable facts are corrected when they are wrong or materially incomplete. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be made without a correction note when they do not alter meaning.
How corrections appear
A material correction is made in the article and accompanied by a clear note describing what changed. A clarification may be added when the original wording was accurate but could reasonably create a misleading impression. Significant developments after publication are identified as updates rather than silently rewritten as part of the original report.
How a request is reviewed
The Redaktion checks the disputed wording against the cited evidence and, where practical, against the primary record used for the article. A request is not accepted or rejected solely because it comes from a subject of the coverage. The question is whether the published claim is accurate, adequately supported and presented with the context needed to avoid a materially misleading impression.
Requests involving live regulation, market figures or changing product terms may require a new source check before the page is amended. We do not promise a fixed response time, but a clear URL, quotation and supporting source make it easier to reproduce the issue and reach a documented decision.
Submitting a correction
Submit a correction through the contact form and select Correction request. A useful request identifies the article, the disputed passage and the best available supporting evidence.
